Dining out with a family is expensive. Dining out in a big, unfamiliar city like Chicago can be disastrously expensive. We are looking at restaurants and diners where each person can get a complete meal for under $10 per person. And we are looking for great tasting, kid friendly meals at that.
For my meal I got the bbq pulled pork recipe dinner. I love this, but was not in the mood for a sandwich so this seemed to be a good option. It came with pulled pork, baked beans, coleslaw and toast. You can go to the grocery store and purchase a pre-packaged dry rub. Most major grocery stores carry something that will work well with pork. Talk to the butcher at the store and get a recommendation.
Hang a motivational poster. Something like "You become a success the moment you start moving toward your goal" can make you feel great every time you step on the treadmill. The motivation does not necessarily have to be exercise related, and can be work or family related.
